CROSS TRAINING CHALLENGE: 1 MONTH OF PHYSICAL PREPARATION!

In one month, this Domyos challenge enduraflex will allow you to develop all of your physical qualities . It is based on the cross training method , a functional training that allows any athlete who wishes to quickly increase his overall fitness through the various exercises performed in a given time. Top athletes use it to reduce their weak points and prepare to support more intense training phases. So take advantage of this fun and complete program to maintain your fitness and work your physique in the offseason !

Here is the program :

Week 1: muscular endurance
Week 2: cardio
Week 3: Strength
Week 4: explosive

Every week, you will discover 3 new WODs. The goal will be to distribute these 3 trainings over a week and to do one every 2 days: Monday = WOD 1, Wednesday = WOD 2, Friday = WOD 3. To get results, you will obviously have to follow the 3 workouts every week.

To follow this challenge of physical preparation , we propose to train you with the cross training accessories here. Easy to use, you can take them with you and multiply the training wherever you are!
