4.1 All prices are listed in EUR (Euro). The prices displayed on this Website at the time of order submission shall apply to your purchase. If you order multiple Products to be delivered to different addresses, separate order forms are required for each delivery address. Any delivery or shipment dates provided by HerculesSecret are estimates, and HerculesSecret shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses resulting from failure to deliver within these estimated dates. If any ordered Products are out of stock, the entire order may be delayed. In such cases, an estimated delay will be communicated via email or post, but delivery will occur within thirty (30) days from the date indicated on the order confirmation by HerculesSecret.
6.2 Title to and risk of loss in the Products will transfer to you upon delivery.
6.3 After delivering the Products to the carrier, HerculescSecret will send you a shipment confirmation via email if you have provided an email address on the order form, or by post.
7. EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
7.1. You have the option to return the Product to HerculesSecret or cancel the entitlement to services and receive a refund of the price of the returned Product, provided that you contact us within fourteen (14) working days from the day after the goods are delivered, as long as the product has not been opened, consumed, or tampered with.
You will be responsible for the cost of returns, and the refund will include the full value paid for the product.
If a product is part of a product combination (bundle) where other products are offered for free or at a discount compared to their normal price, HerculesSecret may request the return of the bundled product with the purchased product. HerculesSecret reserves the right to invoice for any free or discounted bundled product not returned as requested.

HERCULESSECRET'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THE CONTRACT, WHETHER IN TORT OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAYABLE BY YOU TO HERCULESSECRET FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AND/OR SERVICES IN QUESTION.
